Meet The Founder/Coach
Rodney W. Collins is a leadership coach, mentor, motivational speaker, and retired U.S. Air Force veteran who has spent decades helping people grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. With over 38 years of leadership and mentoring experience, Rodney has built a reputation for inspiring others to rise above limitations, strengthen their mindset, and walk boldly in their purpose.
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a deep passion for people, Rodney combines practical leadership principles with real-life experience to create transformational coaching experiences that are authentic, impactful, and results-driven. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life has made him a trusted voice in leadership development, personal growth, and empowerment.
Rodney is also the creator of the philosophy known as Coolfidence — a mindset centered around calm confidence, discipline, authenticity, presence, and self-respect. Through his coaching, speaking engagements, seminars, and media platforms, he teaches individuals how to lead themselves first, build confidence from within, and create lives rooted in purpose and intention.
